What does it say? Whats the error message?
Edit- If it say downloading (something) and won't allow you to properly log into all i do is unplug my router and put it back in a couple of minutes.

If you find the answer then I would like to know also. I took my PS3 in and they say there is nothing wrong with it. I got no answers on what I couldn't other than them basically calling me a dumb@ss.
