Playstation 3 web browser freeze?

every time i would type in a website into my PS3's web browser it would go but then when i click on ANYTHING my PS3 freezes and i have to restart it and then wen i hold the PS button it wont turn on i have to do it automatically what should i do
 
Happened to me. holding the ps button doesn't do anything. you will have to restart again. try clearing out browsing data, cookies, history etc. that worked for me.
