okay so i just bought a ps 3 and i was wondering, if i hook it up to my monitor (1920x1200 res) through the hdmi port, how can i hook up speakers to it? Im new at this .
Well if they're desktop speakers...if they are USB or other, maybe directly to PS3. Unplug them and try them in PS3. If there`s not a port. You can't.
Most desktop speakers are pc only. You should connect to some other speakers. HDMI isn't going to work on Destop speakers unless they're pluggsd into the moniter
