Playstation 3 Owners: Sony Customer Service?

Question to all PS3 owners... does Sony outsource their customer service overseas to India?

Sony's customer service is fantastic!!!

I haven't had to call for my PS3 but I had to call about a question I had concerning my Sony Bravia XBR LCD TV. They were very nice and took the time to explain to me what I needed to do.

It was probably the best customer experience I've had yet.
 
lol, not from personal experience though. If you lucky to even reach a human they are usually fluid English.
 
The previous times that I've called Sony Customer service, I ALWAYS hear an American voice.

Sony's Customer Service is located in California.

However, I do know that Micrsoft does outsource there customer service in India. I've seen Youtube videos of 360 owners on the phone with Customer service for the RROD, and every time there was an Indian person on the phone talking to them.
