Playstation 3 Online Help.?

I set up my online account fine but I have since changed my email and last night I tried to sign in with my new email and it said that it was invalid so I tried to sign in from my old email account which worked fine before but it also says that it is invalid.
How can I resolve this?
 
if you want to create a new profile, you should create a new user account for it on your PS3... go to Users, then Create a new one and make a new profile there. Now, to make your old profile work again, make sure that your old PSN ID is in it together with your old email sddress. You cannot change the profile of an existing user account.
 
Do your email online (a computer) to check if the password works.
Then delete the cache on your PS3.
Then try it again on the PlayStation 3.
