Playstation 2 is not working right?

Every time I want to play a game my playstation starts ups. It goes thought the browser and stuff. Then when i start to play the game. Those evil red cudes come up and say, "Please enter A playstation or playstation 2 format disc. But I did. Any help. (the game is in perfect condition)
