playing online games on the pc?

when i open the "PLay Ghost Recon on ubi.com" icon on my desktop it opens and i type in my log in information. i click login and it says "The plugin list URL was not found in your settings file" then it says !!DialogLogin.Error.ERROR50!!(en. why is this and how can i play ghost recon online???
