...to upgrade to the iphone? I have a motorla rokr phone (no data plan currently, just a regular voice plan) that I got in december of 2008, and I am able to upgrade soon as it is december 2009 already. I wanna get an iphone 3g but I don't want the data plan because i have wifi everywhere I go (school, work, home) and no, im not planning to use internet on the bus or just randomly on the streets. I would however still like the iphone and was wondering if I am supposed to subscribe to a data plan even if I am upgrading an iphone since I have been with rogers for a year (well the phone is under my parent's name nd theyve been with rogers for over 3 years now, and they recently signed another contract with them). Could I just have the iphone 3g with the regular voice plan I have now (i pay $45 after taxes every month) and get it for the price of $99.99?
