Planning to buy a photocopier machine?

My cousin who has an internet cafe plans to buy a multifunctional photocopier machine.One supplier offered her a Develop Ineo brand which is quite cheaper than other copier brands that has the same specs but when we search the internet we cannot find websites relating to Develop Ineo. Does anyone knows about the reliability of this brand and why it is cheaper especially compared to Konica Minolta brand. From where these machine made??? Your opinion will highly be needed. Thank you
