Planning to buy 2004 Acura TL with 109K miles for about 12K.?

I'm planning to buy 2004 Acura TL with 109K miles for about 12K. The car has been serviced at 105K miles including new timing belt and new spark plugs, First set of new brakes, New all-season tires and 1 season-used snow tires.

Is 12K the good price to buy the car & how good are Acura cars?
