Hi,,,
How often do you people plan??I am in a habit of planning for my next
meal.I spent plenty of time a day to decide what i'll be making for my
next meal. The reason is not that I am hungry but its just almost
entertaining to think up new low carb meals.
I really enjoy cooking and baking and whatnot so part of it is that, i
know.
I want to know how you people plan for your meal?

Well, breakfast and lunch don't get much planning. Usually
in the morning I'll ask him, "What do you want for dinner?" or
"How about X for dinner?" Weeknights it's usually something
on the grill, or spaghetti or chili (we make big batches of
both and freeze them in one-dinner portions). Sometimes
some sort of sauteed or stir-fried thing.

Sundays we usually cook something that will generate
leftovers for his lunches. Roast a couple of chickens,
or beef stew or something.

I'm just a week into Primal Blueprint eating and am down 5#'s. Yay.
and planning the meals is usually done in the am, to defrost some
thing to cook. Unless I plan some bigger piece of meat, like a whole
chicken on the grill that has to defrost overnight. I have been
haunting
the Primal Blueprint recipes for ideas.
We have just started eating Kale, so have had several meals with
that in it. Don't let the size of the bag scare you, it takes a lot in
the
pan, then squish more in and jam the lid on. This stuff shrinks up
to nothing. I used almost 1/3 of the bag on one meal, for 2 of us.
It is so good for ya!!
Lots of the recipes are easy to substitute different meats, or fish
in. Good Luck, Nan in DE
