hello im working on a report about pkd (polcystic kidney disease) my kidney disease and i'd like for people who have the disease to share their story.
how were you diagnosed?- ex i was 13, was sick and a ct scan revealed the disease.
does your family have a history? we tracked it back all the way to great great grandmother
what type of pkd? ARPKD or ADPKD1 ADPKD2
what stage are you in now?
what kind of dialysis?
have loved one's died of the disease? -all of my loved ones who had the diseaes died young and from the disease.
what is your families life expectancy- ex my family doesnt reach 60yrs old with the disease.
