Pixelation on BEV CBSHE 817

I don't watch CBSHE 817 very often but I have noticed that when I do, I seem to get pixelation about 3-4 times per hour. Occasionally accompanied by audio drops. It doesn't seem to matter if the content is HD or not.

Anyone else notice this? Is this likely something at my end? Anything BEV can do about it?
 
It is in the feed they are getting from Boston. Weather conditions in MA may be causing this.

From what I have read, CBS 4 is picked up OTA in the Boston area by US cable companies and then sent to Canada by fibre.
 
Indeed. Noticed it a number of times during Survivor. I also notice it on CTVHE during Jeopardy -- bloody annoying!
 
This has been happening for quite a long time. It appears to change with season and major weather events. It may also be affected by load on the fiber network to EV.
 
If it's been happening for a long time BEV must be aware of it. If they are aware of it I wonder why they can't/don't take steps to rectify the situation.

Is this something that calling about CSR about would help?
