pix sending ques

my friend and were trying to send pix messages but when i sent mine to her phone it told her to go to some website and when she tried sending me one it would say the destination was invalid. Shes been able to send pix before without this problem so was wondering any of you knew whats up. I have a Audiovox CDM8910 and she has the LG VX7000 if that helps you at all.
 
ok have another question ive been trying to get the postal service - such great heights song on my phone by d/l the midi and then sending to my phone through vzwpix.com(right url?) but once it gets to my phone it doesnt play anything. Anyone help me with this?
 
Sometimes you just have to adjust the volume of the speaker or the song takes a while to play. That happened to me in the past, but they always end up working.
