I really want to get into fighting and learning Muay Thai. For the defensive reasons and just because I think it would be amazing experience.
I am looking for anyone in Pittsburgh strictly, but this can be asked to basically anyone who knows how these gyms or camps work.
I need to find a place thats willing to teach me muay thai skills at all ages and that is good.
What can i do now that can aid me when I do decide to actually start fighting and training more hardcore. What training techniques or practices can i do to help me. I really want to get into this sort of thing but not sure at all really on where to start. I am 16 by the way.
