Pitting Edems in lower extremities after beginning exercise 4x per wk after

long inactivity. What is it? I also have been taking 125mcg of Synthroid for the past 4 years. What could be causing the pitting edema in my lower extremities and the non-pitting edema in my upper torso? This came on about a week and a half after starting a 4x per week exercise classes (cardio and yoga classes).

Any ideas?
