Everytime at practices or baseball game I will throw at least 10 pitches at full speed.....then the bone in my elbow start hurting..What can it be??? ((I got pushed to a wall once and hit my elbow very hard))
I've been pitching my whole life..thats all i do...this is only happening after that hit i took to the wall..
