pit dirt bike inner tube i can't find a dealer, where is on in my area?

i've searched high and low for a 12 inch by 3 inch inner tube and cannot find a place that carries them in my area, I live in Itasca illinois. if anyone has a place that they know of nearby then please help me out.
 
A trailer supply
Boat trailers or small utility tlrs
Even a larger 2 wheel dolly
you cant find anything for a pit bike esp if from China
