I definitely dont believe in dogs being born inherently evil and violent. And i am aware that there are thousands of absolutely beautiful Pits out there that are fantastic pets! But why is it that a significant portion of these dogs (a large enough amount that its been brought to media attention) will attack and maul unprovoked? I was just looking at this slide show http://www.dogsbite.org/pit-bull-attack-movie/pit-bull-attack-movie-zupf.htm , and some of the owners were idiots, keeping the dog attached to a rope that was anchored only by their foot, but others had raised the dogs from pups been lying on the bed and suddenly been attacked. What is it about pits in particular that causes this to happen?
