in 2001,2002, the great pirates of the carrabean came out...i was 1 of the 1st 2 see it,and now a 2ND is comin out!!

it waz announced last year..but only if depp (jonny depp) would agree, well he has

good 4 all us fanz!!! :)
 
You freak! I read it is called POTC and the treasures of the lost abyss or sometheting like that... I hope Elizabeth gets impaled on something painful.
 
I thought the film was excellent and would recommend anyone to hire/buy the dvd. Johnny Depp excelled himself in the role as Jack Sparrow and the film's success lies firmly at his door.

I was very pleased to learn that a second film had been planned and just hope it will be as every bit as good as the first one because it has a hard act to follow.
 
Nooo!! You can't get rid of Orli!! If it wasnt for him i wouldn't have gone and seen the movie...Pirate movies just don't appeal to me...But I went and saw it coz Orli was in it...So he is good and he shouldn't be kicked out of it so shut up OK??Thankyou...
 
He isn't doing bond, thats where rumours start. I doubt they've even approached him yet, this always happens when the current actor is about to come to the end of his contracted run.

In fact the production company haven't even approached Pierce Brosnan to do his last film yet.
 
To start with Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl came out in 2003.

The second film has Johnny Depp, Orlando Bloom and Keira Knightley all signed up for it. There's speculation that their maybe a third being filmed at the same time or not long after. I just hope the second film is just as good if not better than the first.
 
If the 2nd film is not up to standard, it will be a shame as then both films would be spoiled. Just look at what happened with the Matrix, for example. That's always the problem with sequels.
However if the second film is good then that's fine. I just think they're taking a huge risk in making it, especially as the first film was so good. They should leave the viewers wanting more and not spoil it.
 
I've just finished watching and it was one of Jerry Bruickheimer's better films (not saying much, I know). Jonny Depp was excellent, and no-one disgraced themselves, as it's the type of movie to forgive a little overacting. :)
 
I cant be the only one in thinking that Pirates Of The carabean was a good film but its been totally OVERRATED!

Possibly the most overrated film of this century............And thats saying something concidering that some thought the Matrix and the LOTR films were overrated :rolleyes:
 
Wkd anotha film cmn out nd 4 all of u hu fink dat LOTR and POTC were ova rated where da hell iz ur life? Losers!! If u dnt like them then wtf is rong wiv ur head???! Cnt w8 2 c it wen it cumz out!!! :D
