Piranha, similiar fish looking to buy help.?

I just got a 20 gallon aquarium and have no fish in it yet. I'm looking for something similiar to a piranha that doesn't require to be schooled with other fish, and will do fine in 20 gallons. The only petstores around here are Petsmart and Petco, and neither sell carnivorous fish, so help with a good online store for buying exotic fish and such would be greatly appreciated. I live in the Texas area by the way and only want something legal to own.

So, I'm guessing you get your rocks off by watching a fish eat a feeder, right? Well, none of those fish can live in a 20 gallon. An oscar would be a great choice for a 55 gallon or larger. So would many many other cichlid species. However, a 20 gallon is a perfect size for breeding guppies to feed the fish that will live in your eventual larger tank! I know that both pet co and petsmart sell oscars, and if you want to feed a fish other fish, then that's the pet for you. In a 55 gallon or larger tank.

EDIT: A pacu is a very VERY bad idea. They need 400 gallons per fish. yes. 400. They get absolutely monstrous. And they're herbivores, so they don't eat other fish.
