pins and niddles and lumps and redness on my fingers

I have been getting pins and niddles in both hands for a week or so but thought nothing of it to start with but then over the last two to three days lumps have started to pop up under the skin of both my pinky fingers,also a very dry rash as formed at the top of my thumb-where it kind of joins back to the hand((sorry that is the best I can describe where it is!!))
I will be working over Christmas and will be unlikly to see a Doctor-CAN ANYONE HELP!!
