Pinout for factory 4 disc changer 2002 Dodge Stratus R/T Sedan?

Okay so I want to upgrade to HD radio. I also don't want my current factory cd changer to be a useless device in my dash. I need the pinout for the CD changer so I can possibly try to fabricate a custom wired control plug to let it operate as normal. Any suggestive tips or useful/need to know information is welcome. Thanks!
