One of my fave animated movies since i was 14 when i saw it 16 years ago as i grew up with PF and this movie hit the spot.

Such a unique mix of animation and live-action with social commentary on madness and the effects of war of what it can do to people. I noticed Bob Hoskins from Super Mario Brothers and Roger Rabbit in it and that girl from Near Dark Jenny Wright in it.

The animation by Gerald Scarfe is just bizarre yet terrific as it sets you into Pink's madness.

Pink Floyd: The Wall is one of my favorite movies. The animated segment for "What Shall We Do Now?" was the first thing I saw from it, and I immediately knew I had to see the whole thing.

It's a freaky movie, but I'm into that sort of stuff. I'm also a huge Pink Floyd fan, so it's a movie I'll pretty much always be happy to watch. I'd recommend any animation fan to look up the animated bits (Goodbye Blue Sky, What Shall We Do Now, and The Trial).

Also, the guy who did the animated parts (Gerald Scarfe) later went on to do a lot of the artwork for Disney's Hercules.
