Pinching Sharp pain in heart area?

I got this pinching sharp pain on my heart area left side and its not the first time(last time was back in spring) it only lasts under a minute and seems to come when im about to go to sleep or wake up =( im only 19 and this is kinda tripping me out.
please stop with the bs links i need real answers. thanks.
