i recently developed a pinched ulnar nerve.. i think a combination of playing computer games and sleeping on my right elbow in a curled position had something to do with it... but anyway on to my question
i exercise often and was wondering what kinds of exercises i should stay away from to avoid further irritation? thanks!

currently i run 4-5 times a week and also light lifting.. soon to be starting p90x
