Hi can you help me with that Blackberry Curve 8320 bought on eBay, it seems the account is suspended or most probably the IMEI and PIN are already in use...

hi guys... my friends have a curve 8310 he has a problem after comeback from holiday in singapure the blackberry showing small gprs and then a try to use my own simcard it same, and he simcard i put in my onyx it work fine.. i think the phone is suspended...? i confuse why can be.. or perhaps somebody hack that phone during the journey back to my country? please help me to absorb this problem..
in case a possibility should a change my imei and pin.. this:

every1 be carefull: dont try to connect your phone to the lab tool with password on it, it will auto wipe ur phone
 
what happens if the phone wont put me into the code mode typing mep2 it used to come up now it wont is there another way of loading code??? please help any1 i will be gratefully appreciated.... regards colin
