PIN and IMEI Generator

I have dead Blackberry handset. I tried all the steps suggested by you. After cal mode when I try to connect thru Radio Lab I get following error
"Radio Error: Time Out cannot connect to radio. The device may be password enabled. Please ensure that password protection is disabled before connetion."
What does that mean
