J jonnstar Guest Jan 14, 2011 #2 You can either prick in and squeeze it out, or leave it alone and let nature take its course. If you pop it, put some benzoyl peroxide (Oxy 5, Clerasil) or an antibiotic ointment on it.

D Dalun Guest Jan 15, 2011 #3 just leave it alone and let it dissappear. if you pop it or do anything to it, then you may end up with a scar which is even harder to clear up.
