Pilot Connector Unable to load the Synchonization DLL

Hi all,

I use Palm T3, Intellisync ver 5.01, hotsync 4.01

When I try to Sync my Palm with Groupwise I get message "Pilot Connector Unable to load the Synchonization DLL" on the Intellisync "dates" and "To Do" and the syncronization ends.

What to do??
Thanks in advance

I use almost exactly the same combination on a PC with Windows XP.
When I got a new desktop with XP instead of my old Win 98#2, I had a lot of problems syncronizing, one very much like Yours.
Try to open the "custom" part in HotSync and look to the settings of "Calender and "Tasks", which must be set to "do nothing" as the default value and "Intellisync dates" and "Intellisync to do", which must be "syncronize the files".
If these settings are right, the hotsync should work. If not - try to remove both completely. Reinstall the Palm programs first and perform a couple of hotsyncs to see, that it will syncronize the Palm Desktop applications.
If this works reinstall Intellisync and control the settings mentioned above. Then try to run a hotsync.
My Intellisync is ver 5.00.03, so the version difference should not be important.
If this does not solve Your problem, try Pumatech's hotline, and faq's. This may be helpful
Good luck

Hi Jacques,

When I use these setting I recieve Palm Conflict Notifier "same PIM datatype (e.g. Address Book vs. Contacts) and I have to set Contacts to "Do Nothing" to avoid the conflict. Does this have something to do with the other problem??

Rgds
