pilonidal abscess was drained but I still have a fever and chills

hey guys I drained my pilonidal abscess this morning around 11 and about 10 hours later I still have fever and chills. I devolped a cough too. There is still a sore pain (figure its from the open wound)

Is this normal to still have a fever and chills???? I was givin AMOX TR-K CLV Antibitoics 500-125MG take 1 Pill 3 times a day.

My temp is ranging between 100.1 - 101.6
