My Pilondial Cyst i believe is bleeding from a point of what seems to reserable a pimple. I had it once about 4 months ago and it went away. At first i thought it to be a bruised tail bone. But recently due to work it has come back and now opened up to a pimple like appearance. The "head" will bleed if squeezed or directly sat on. It has a base under the head which seems to be the actual cyst of about a nickel size diameter. What should i do?
