Right, so I asked a question recently about possible ways to lengthen my torso, and someone answered and suggested pilates. However, I need to know specific exercises/stretches and how to do them to get this result. PLEASE no negative posts saying its impossible. I've heard of it working on several people I know personally, as well as other people, and whether im right or wrong, I wont listen to you if you tell me its not possible. So please, none of that.
