This seems fickle as i know its 'just a pigeon' but it is a sunny day and there is a pigeon in my garden, caught by a cat, his eyes are open, just sitting there, its possible that it has only just happened as a very elusive black and white cat was chased away by my dog before i was properly able to see the pigeon.
Any idea's on what i should do, im 17 and my mum is terrified of them, surly i cant just leave it when it is still alive, who do i call that will actually listen???
