Pieces of April

Seriously underrated. It flew under the radar but it's definitely worth checking out.
 
I adored this movie. It's certainly a great holiday movie for my generation. By far my favorite Katie Holmes role & I think they did a great job casting everyone else. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up!
 
I thought they could have expanded this movie more...especially with April's family. But it's nice to have Katie Holmes playing something different from her usual roles. :)
 
With Thanksgiving just around the corner I thought more people should watch this movie. :) It's a treat for those who enjoy family comedy and heartfelt yet simple drama.

Patricia Clarkson's character is absolutely wonderful.

Anyway, you should see the movie for more than one reason.
 
'pieces of april' is now available as a dvd rental.....

comments.....
patricia clarkson has been nominated in the best supporting actress category at this years oscars....she deserves to win.....for more of her excellent work this year in film watch 'the station agent'.......
