picture transfer help

I have a i860 and need to transfer pictures from my phone to a computer. I have searched but cannot find out how to do this. I do not have internet service on my phone but I do have the usb data cable and software to put ringtones, backgrounds, ect on my phone.
Any help would be appriecated.
 
i think on motorola.com they have free software to load the pictures on the phone. i have it and its good. its called media downloader
 
They are available off ebay. I got it for my i710 and then upgraded to the i860. I know people who have the i730 and this cable and cd work well with that phone. My coworker actually bought the cord and software I just borrowed it. It has games, ringtones, screensavers and more on it. You do not need internet just the cord and cd. I think they are dirt cheap but they get you on shipping costs.
