picture message with t-mobile?

I have a blackberry with a t-mobile contract, but when someone sends me a picture i get a txt saying "go to t-mobile web site to look at the pic that was sent to your phone with this password provided" but i don't want to do that i want to look and save the picture to my phone, how can i do this.
