their when i left it.? I took my car in for break repairs. My girl friend took me to pick my car and followed me home to our surprise their was a huge dent which wasn't their when i dropped it off that morning. I didn't hit anyone on the way home.I call the owner right away and told him about the dent he said it was there when i left it there that morning and he said no one there did it and will not take responsibility for the dent. he called and told me I would have to claim it under my insurance, but would make sure I wouldn't have to pay my deductible and would make sure i make money off the insurance company I think that is fraud, and I want no part of it. All I want is to have my car fixed and not have to claim it under my policy. When I take my car some where to have any work done to it i expect them to give it back to me in the same condition as it was when i left it. I don't think that is too much to ask for.
