iv had physiological stress since i was a kid but untill a year ago i started getting pain in my head and i thought it was other conditions iv also been smoking weed a couple of years to relive my stress
im 20 and iv seen a physiatrist proscribed Buspirone iv been on Buspirone for 2 weeks the first week i felt my brain and nervous system relaxing and this caused me to get kind of sick i had numbness in my hands and feet and i was weak for 2 days now i feel better but i have little tension and shock feeling on my head i had the same feeling before but a little worse i think the medication is helping because it has relaxed my nervous system the medication is called buspirone i take 10 mg a day i know its for anti anixity but i dont know what my condtion is called ??
could my stress have caused over active nervouse tension?
could smoking weed for couple of years caused my nervous tension?
