As one of your answer states, light always moves at the speed of light, for any observer. That includes your hypothetical traveler, who would see the light moving towards him at exactly the speed of light.

Suppose you were traveling toward the sun at a constant velocity of 0.25c. with what speed does the light streaming out from the sun go past you? Explain your reasoning.
