Two playground swings are side by side. The children using the swings notice that one of the swings (swing 1) has a period of exactly 4.4 s. They also find that when the first swing has completed 10 oscillations, the other swing (swing 2) has completed 12 oscillations. (a) Is swing 2 longer or shorter than swing 1?
