---True or False---
1. Torque causes angular acceleration.

2. If the angular velocity is changing, it is not possible to define an average angular velocity, only an instantaneous velocity

3. Radians indicate the ratio between distance traveled along a circumference and the radius.
 
1. True. Just like forces cause acceleration, torque causes angular acceleration
2. Not sure, but I think it's false, because both instantaenous and average angular velocity depends on theta and time, and i don't think it matters if the angular velocity is changing.
3. True. I think it's true because s = r(theta) so theta = s / r (s = distance along circumference or arclength)
