Physics problem (very easy just need confirmation)...?

Matthew is in the school yard feeling warm as the sun’s rays fall on him. As a cloud passes overhead, Matthew immediately feels cold. This suggests that light and heat from the sun travel at (different speeds/ the same speed).

Which is the correct answer. And why is this?

Heat is transferred in radiation by bundles of energy called photons in shape of rays,which travel with the velocity of light.In the given case only the quantity is reduced.
