So, i'm not sure how to do this question:

A power supply that provides a voltage of 32.0 V·sin(318·t), where t is in seconds, is connected across a resistor R = 116 . Calculate the average power dissipated in the resistor.
I tried to use Pavg=(Irms)^2 *R where Irms=V/R but I don't think thats right since i got the wrong answer. How do i find Irms?
