Two horizontal forces. 225 N and 163 N are exerted in the same direction on a crate. Find the net horizontal force on the crate.
I just need one example so i can finish the 10 other problems.
The back of the book says that answer is
"Net force is 225 N + 165 N = 3.90 x 10^2 N in the direction of the two forces" <--- how did they get that?
