biking is really good for you, not as good as jogging, but its up there on the list. it is a cardio workout that strengthens your heart (since it is cardio), it makes you sweat, and it strengthens you leg muscles, specifically your thighs and a little of your calves. it could reduce your appearance of cellulite, although lunges and squats are more for that purpose. you should bike ride for 45-60 minutes a day if that is your only form of exercise for the day.
