Hey, i'm 19 and go to the gym 4 or 5 times a week, i usually go to spin classes and do weights. I cope fine doing both sprints and endurance on the spin bikes. Over the last few weeks i've decided to get healthier by running in the evenings as well, on the first attempt i failed miserably i managed to run less than 200Meters before i felt physically sick and had to stop and walk slowling home, taking me a good 15 minutes to recover. I've attempted it twice since and again tonight and am still unable to get further without having to stop, i'm not going at a fast pace and i'm not running after a meal. The spin classes i do are high intensity 45 minutes and i cope fine with those, does anyone have any idea why i;m unable to run? thanks
