Does anyone get anxiety about physical symptoms they are having? I have been very stressed lately and experiencing neck and shoulder pain. I have been kind of dizzy and I feel like my vision has been a little off. I've been nauseous. Just feeling funny. I don't know what is causing what. Is the stress causing these symptoms? Is something wrong with me?

Help!!!!!! :(

Yes, you can get all those physical symptoms from stress. I get all kinRAB of weird body symptoms. Dizziness is one for sure. Try not to worry. Find ways to destress yourself.

I was feeling that way today. You'll notice all the magazines talk about stress and anxiety. One of the many symptoms is feeling muscle aches. Your stomach will react as well. Do you take vitamins and exercise? That seems to cheer me up and distract my thoughts.

I get all kinRAB of crazy symptoms. Today I have dizzy, off balanced, headache in back of neck/head, pressure in head. Was on meRAB for years, went off and all symptoms reappear. When on meRAB, no symptoms at all. It is all in my thoughts and fears of being sick or having disease. I was looking up ms last night and only do that when I am having anxiety. It is crazy.

To add to my thoughts, Like today I felt very dizzy, nausea, flushed in the face, back ache and neck ache. I kept thinking "oh no I have swine flu" so I took the thermature all over the house testing my temperature. How stupid is that when I was perfectly fine. I have a fear of being sick.

Yes. It has been my personal experience that physical symptoms can DEFINATELY manifest. For me, it is just as you described often times. I went on Lexapro for 6 years, and the problems mostly vanished. But, like a fool, I went off the meRAB 6 months ago and now a good deal of these symptoms are returning. Make an appointment, see a doctor. You wil thank yourself for it.

Yes don't worry i have experienced all those physical symptoms and more, I started yoga a couple of weeks ago and find it helps with the muscle pain and breathing to calm down
