Im planning on enlisting within the next couple years, when i enlist i will be between 18 and 20 years of age, and male. right now i can do 25 push ups, run a 7:15(ish) mile, around 8 pull ups, 45 crunches in a minute. Im decent on endurance runs. what should i work on?
