Physical for a sport, eppp!?

We have to get a physical for playing a sport at school,
yes i have gotten one before.
On the physical paper it says "frist period" and "last period"
i dont remember when my first period was, so what do i write?
and i never had to take off my clothes before, will they take them off this time?
Im 14, and my last physical was in 8th grade and now im in 9th
 
haha oh the troubles of getting a physical, i had to get them done every year to play a sport. i hated that but, when they ask you first period, it doesnt have to be specific just give your around abouts when you got it, if you can remember the month you got it, then thats all they need, and last period means when did u have it last. when i got my physicals all the way up to 12th grade i never had to take off all my clothes, but they did peak "down there".

i never can remember when i get my periods and the doctor asks me everytime i go for a check up. just make a date up. they don't know or really care. it's just required that they ask you. just tell them around how old you were when you first got it. thats all they really wanna know. and no, girls usually don't take their clothes off for physicals
